Art Group Creative Fellow 2024

Artist, designer, and craft-maker, Josie Gluck (USA), is the Interim Program Area Chair in Glass at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, where she has taught in the glass and sculpture departments since 2016.

Co-founder of Vetro Vero (True Glass) design and fabrication studio in Pennsylvania, her glass designs have been featured in numerous publications including Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, Veranda, and Vogue; and her artwork has been published in New Glass Review and American Craft.

“I’m thrilled to be the Creative Fellow this year at the Glassworks. I’ll be using these three months to work with the talented artists and assistants here, making and developing my own new work while sharing my passions for community and teaching. Some recent experiments are leading me down an an intriguing path of line work and pattern. I’ll be squeezing more time to share what I’m up to between hiking the hills, searching for kangaroos, carving and blowing glass.”
