By car

There is plenty of available open-air paid parking around the Canberra Glassworks. To access the carpark, turn into Eastlake Parade from Wentworth Avenue.  Sunday mornings are usually very busy with crowds visiting the adjacent Old Bus Depot Markets.

 

By bus

Canberra Glassworks can be accessed via Transport Canberra Bus system.

Bus route R2 travels between Fyshwick and Fraser West Terminus and stops outside the Glassworks.

Bus route R6 travels between Woden and City interchange and stops outside the Glassworks.

Both R2 and R6 are Rapid bus services.

Bus route 56 travels between Fyshwick and the City interchange and stops outside the Glassworks.

Bus route 182 stops outside the Glassworks.

There is a drop off and pick up at the Wentworth Ave entry to the Canberra Glassworks.

 

By bike

Canberra Glassworks is a short distance from the Kingston Foreshore where dedicated bike and walking paths line Lake Burley Griifin.

There are several bike racks on ACT Government property at each side of the Glassworks for bikes to be locked.

 

E-Scooters

Canberra has an approved e-scooter scheme as a convenient option for short trips on their own or combined with public transport. There are two approved operators under this scheme.
