Classes and Tours Terms and Conditions

Course cancellations by Canberra Glassworks

Canberra Glassworks may cancel a workshop if minimum participant numbers are not met. In such cases, cancellation will occur at least 48 hours in advance.

If your workshop is cancelled by Canberra Glassworks, you may choose:

  • a full refund; or
  • a voucher of equivalent value.

Rescheduling and refund policy

  • Due to overhead costs and limited class sizes, all workshop and short course bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or exchanged for store credit.
  • In exceptional circumstances where a refund is approved, a booking fee will apply.
  • To discuss such cases, please contact the Public Programs team at bookings@canberraglassworks.com
