Hannah Gason, originally from Victoria, graduated from the Australian National University School of Art with a Bachelor of Visual Arts (Glass) with honours in 2015. Using kiln forming processes, Hannah creates abstract imagery by bringing together fragments of colour, line and markings.

Hannah has been an artist in residence at the Bullseye Glass Company, the Canberra Glassworks, and has received scholarships to attend classes at the Studio at the Corning Museum of Glass and Pilchuck Glass School, as well as assisting at the Penland School of Crafts. Hannah’s work has been exhibited nationally and internationally, including Diplomacy: translations in glass, Emerge 2014, and the Stanislav Libensky Award 2015. Her work is included in the National Art Glass Collection of Australia, the collection of the ANU Drill Hall Gallery, and numerous private collections.
