Dutch born Luna Ryan is an established glass artist specialising in cast glass now based in Canberra. She is well recognised for her cast glass wombats which she crafts in her casting studio at Canberra Glassworks. She also creates exhibition work and production pieces, teaches, mentors, and collaborates with various local and interstate artists. With a Bachelor of Arts from Australian National University’s School of Art Glass workshop headed by Klaus Moje in the late 80’s, she has exhibited widely in Australia in both solo and group shows.
