Consuelo Cavaniglia

Living and working on Gadigal land, Barani (Sydney), Consuelo Cavaniglia is an interdisciplinary artist whose work focuses on how we see and understand space. Her work often employs technically simple visual effects to distort perception and unsettle the relationship between viewer and space. During her residency at the Glassworks, Cavaniglia will be working towards an immersive installation to be displayed in the Glassworks Foyer and Smokestack in October. This solo exhibition will explore reflection, refraction and light using colour and optics.
