Seven days a week from 8am to 5pm with extended hours on Mondays & Thursdays to 8pm.
Standard Usage
One small Woodrow bead kiln per session for annealing. If you anticipate exceeding standard usage or require something special, please contact Artistic Programs.
Pass guidelines
- Paid for in advance
- 12 hour & 1 month passes valid for 12 months from date of purchase
- Valid for one hirer
- There is no refund for unused pass hours
- Sessions redeemable through hourly bookings via online booking
- Please apply promo codes in pass product descriptions so you don’t pay full price

100% free cancellation or changes up to 24hours before the hire.
24 hours notice required to cancel a booking without incurring the cancellation fee.
50% cancellation fee for cancellations later than 24 hours before the hire.

Refunds
Refunds decided on a case-by-case basis and will take 5 working days to process.
