Canberra Glassworks offers equal access to everyone; please discuss any special requirements you may have when you make your initial booking.

All bookings will be confirmed by Canberra Glassworks to the agent (if applicable) or to the School via e-mail. This will ensure that the timing and details of the tour are understood by both parties. Please contact us if you have not received a confirmation e-mail.

To ensure appropriately qualified guides are available for your experience(s) we require confirmation of final numbers at least 5 working days prior to the booking date. In the event that this confirmation is not received within the given timeframe, the most recently discussed numbers will be taken as being final numbers.

Payment must be finalised prior to the date of the Experience. Cancellation and/or non-attendance with less than 5 working days’ notice will require full payment of the Experience.

In the event of a reduction in numbers or “no-shows” on the day, you will still be liable to pay the invoice amount for the previously noted final numbers. If you have more participants than previously confirmed, we cannot guarantee that additional persons can be accommodated.

Please note that the Canberra Glassworks reserves the right to change the fees for the Tours and Experiences at any time without notice.

Canberra Glassworks requires the following adult to student ratios:
