The Redemption of Colour
Floor talk and Hotshop demonstration
As part of our LUMINOUS evening, join artist Scott Chaseling in the gallery as he discusses his current exhibition at Canberra Glassworks, The Redemption of Colour. After, we’ll be turning up the heat as we welcome you to the Hotshop for a live glass blowing demonstration of Chaseling’s Pixel series.

LUMINOUS Make Your Own
Colour Redemption Edition
Inspired by Scott Chaseling’s exhibition, The Redemption of Colour, make your own colour redemption vessel with the assistance of an experienced glassblower and teaching artist in this one-on-one workshop in the Hotshop.
The minimum age requirement for this workshop is 14 years old.
40 minutes sessions available

LUMINOUS Neon BendingÂ
Spark your inner neon creativity in this two and a half hour introduction into the mesmerising world of Neon. Based on a design, learn how to bend glass with the help of an experienced glass artist and take home the results!
Processing with neon provided for an additional fee. Transformer not included.
The minimum age requirement for this workshop is 16 years old.

Lights, Camera, Paint!
Create a light drawing using handheld lights and movement and record it on a long exposure photographic session.
Recommended for ages 8 and above.
